It is with great sadness and the understanding of God's will that we announce the passing of our loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather Daniel John LaGrange. Surrounded by his loved ones, Dan was peacefully called to be with God at the age of 82 on November 26, 2019 in Red Deer AB.
Those who have had the privilege of being part of Dan's life will always remember him as a man of great integrity with unwavering devotion to God and family. His charitable heart is a great example to all. He will always be in our memory and has left an unmatched legacy.
Daniel was predeceased by his parents Daniel and Mabel LaGrange. He is survived by his loving wife Brenda, his children Kathy (Les, D. 2009) Balon, Bernadette (John) Lougheed, Danny Mike (Nathalie) LaGrange, Tony (Colleen) LaGrange, Stephanie (Geoff) Buxcey, Tim (Samantha) LaGrange, Martin (Helen) LaGrange, Damian (Maggie) LaGrange, Terence (Robin) LaGrange, Valerie (Joel) Anholt, Philip (Sara) LaGrange, Laurence (Iris) LaGrange, John Paul (Lindsey) LaGrange, Joseph (Celeste) LaGrange, 71 grandchildren and 45 greatgrandchildren (and counting!), his brothers Ray(Annette), Fred(Linda), Richard(Sharon) and his little sister Ann, as well as many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
There are no words to express or describe how great this man was! The LaGrange family would like to thank the ICU nurses and Dr. Tilley at the Red Deer Regional Hospital for their amazing care and support. A Funeral Mass for Dan will take place at 3pm on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at St. Mary's Parish, 6 McMillan Avenue, Red Deer, AB. With reception to follow at the Black Knight Inn.
