It is with great sorrow and heavy hearts that we have to announce the sudden accidental passing of Daniel Zacharias, beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Dan is survived by his wife Sheryl nee Fraser of Red Deer, AB.; also two sons, the oldest, Troy (Michelle), and their children Pyper, London, Justice and Jersey; the youngest, Chad (Leah), and their two daughters Lillian and Teagan. His father Werner Zacharias; mother Elsie (deceased); siblings, Telita (Peter) Janzen and their five children, Deloris (Lynden Wilms and their three children, Gorden (Susan) and their four children and Lorine (Larry) Hooge and their two children. Dan will be dearly missed. Everyone who was lucky enough to have been a part of his life, whether it was family or friends, was able to see a man who was always there for them, anytime, or any place, for anything. We were all so lucky to have Dan as a part of our lives for as long as we did. A local service to honour Dan's life and memory will be held on Wednesday June 25, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at CrossRoads Church in Red Deer, AB.
