Darlene Gail Johnston passed away peacefully on August 23, 2019 at the age of 75. Darlene will be lovingly remembered by her son Dean (Michelle Colter) Johnston, her daughter Brenda (Ron) Besuijen, and her son Kevin Johnston. She will also be remembered by her grandchildren, Brett (Alex Rocchio) Johnston, Keegan Johnston, Joel Johnston, and Leah Besuijen, and one great-grandchild, Eleanor Johnston. She was predeceased by her husband Wayne Alvin Johnston, and her brothers, John and Kenny Rosenau. A memorial service will be held in Chinook, Alberta at a later date. The family is extremely grateful to the staff at both Villa Marie and Pines Lodge who cared for her in her final years. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson Association of Alberta at www.parkinsonassociation.ca
