It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Darlene Morrison, a resident of Points West Living, Red Deer, on the evening of December 3, 2016. There she finished her schooling and took her first job. She later managed Sears’s offices in Hanna, AB and Yorkton, SK before returning home to Humboldt and accepting a job with Bowman Brothers (now Acklands) in the spring of 1954. It was there that she met the love of her life Neil Morrison who she married June 30, 1956, recently celebrating 60 years of marriage. Together they raised three children, son Darwin and daughters Dawn and Wanda. Over the years they lived in six different locations, finally settling in Red Deer in 1982.
