It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David (Dave) Spink Jr. on May 2, 2020 at the age of 87. David passed away at the Ponoka Hospital and Care Centre with his daughter Linda and son Jack by his side.
David will be forever remembered and missed by his children, Elaine (David) Brown of Campbell River, BC, Audrey (Art) Pope of Regina, SK, Jack of Ponoka, and Linda (Marc) Richard of Ponoka; eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife of 60 years, Blythe in 2015 and sister Margaret Beesley in 2019.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the 65 Squadron Ponoka Air Cadets, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 66, Canadian Diabetes Association or the charity of your choice.
