BUSSARD- Marlene Margaret 1936-2007 On April 20, 2007 a loving and gentle heart stopped beating. Left to mourn Marg's passing and deeply miss her presence are her loving family and caring friends. She will be forever loved and remembered. Marg was Jim's beloved wife for 50 years. She was always there for her loving children and their families as they have been for her; Sharon and Rick, Mike (Yaruby and Valerie) and Sean Grove; Michelle and Dave, Conrad and Kyla Shynkar; Ed and Laurie, Travis, Justin and Danielle Bussard; Donna and Todd, Zac, Ben, Sarah and Hannah Larsen; Jim and Cori, Josh and Jade Bussard. They shared Mom's family values and were the great joys of her life. The family holidays at Christmas, Easter, Summer in Fairmont and babysitting were times for grandma and her grandkids to do crafts and develop such beautiful loving relationships and fond memories. Marg is also survived by her sisters Bev Brechin and Rae Hunter Belke, her brother Bob Hunter and many nieces and nephews. A yearly highlight for Marg was when she broke loose with her dear sisters Bev and Rae for the Hunter Sisters weekends. Marg had many special friends in Vermilion, Edmonton, Red Deer and Fairmont. She loved the friendships she developed with Job's Daughters, sorority, golfing at Coy's and the Invermere and Hoo Doo quilters. She would cheer you up with her smiles, laughter and good feelings. Marg's very special gift for life was reflected in her gardening. She grew her plants and flowers from seed. She spent many full days gardening, weeding, repotting and transplanting, giving such vibrant life to her flower beds. And so we all grew in her garden of love. A celebration of Marg's (Grandma's) wonderful life will be held at the Heartland Funeral Chapel (4415-49 St.) in Innisfail at 2 pm, Friday April 27. Her final resting place will be in Fairmont as she said, "This is where I belong". In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Marg to the Red Deer Hospice Society.
