It is with loving memories but sad hearts the family of Del Nicholson announces her passing on November 19, 2014 at the young age of 67 years. Del cherished her family and friends with her entire heart. Her strong Carlyle, Saskatchewan roots inspired her love of gardening, cooking and of course the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Del is survived by her husband Jim, daughter Desrae (Trevor), son Derek (Nadine) and grandson Keane. She was a caring and hard-working woman who did everything on her own terms, right up to her last breath. Her spirit will stay alive forever. A Celebration of Life will be held in Del's honor at the Alliance Community Church, Sylvan Lake, Alberta on Friday, November 28, 2014 at 2:00 PM. Cremation entrusted to the Rocky Mountain Crematorium, Rocky Mountain House. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations in memory of Delores may be made to the Alberta Kids Cancer Care Society or the SPCA. Condolences may be forwarded to:
