ABEL Derek Abel of Stettler, Alberta passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2006 at the age of 25 years. Derek is survived by his parents - Jim and Marilyn Abel of Stettler; sister - Loranne (Travis) Tweit of Calgary; brother - Tyler Abel of Stettler; sister - Lorna Abel (Steve Fischer) of Stettler; grandmother - Lorna McKay of Stettler; grandfather - Joe Abel of Stettler; nephews - Chase, Cole and Brody Tweit; as well as many special aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services for the late Derek Abel will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, April 21st in the Stettler United Church, 4820 - 51st Street, Stettler, AB.
