Dirkje (Dorothy) Brouwer passed into the presence of her Lord on May 14, 2014 at the age of 82. Dorothy is survived by her husband of 60 years, Clarence, and fondly remembered by her children Margaret (Andy) Kilkus, Aileen (Gerry) Koster, Sid (Patricia), Edward (Glenda), Raymond; eighteen grandchildren and one great grandchild. She was predeceased by her son Peter (Zoanne). A Celebration of Dorothy's life will be held at the First Christian Reformed Church, 14 - McVicar St., Red Deer, AB on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts can be made to the Klaas (Clarence) Brouwer Trades Award, Red Deer College, 100 College Boulevard, P.O. Box 5005, Red Deer AB T4N 5H5.
