It's with great love and sadness that we announce the passing of Dolores Currence, 66, of Sylvan Lake, Alberta.

She was predeceased by her parents, Frederick and Pauline Koehler of Weyburn, Saskatchewan. She grew up in Weyburn for most of her life before settling in Estevan and then Sylvan Lake.

Dolores will be dearly missed by her devoted husband of 32 years, Don Currence, as well as her four children: Jason (Joy), Justin, Kerri (Dave), Jeremy (Denise), her 15 grandchildren, Destiny, Jordan, Taylor, Tyler, Jaxon, Drew, Brooke, Savanah, Jillian, Sydney, Aidan, Lily, Kipp, Makayla, DJ, sister Josie (Dale) Schmidt and her two nephews as well as numerous family and friends.

Dolores enjoyed several passions in life including: gardening, baking, crafting, shopping, camping and spending as much time with her family as possible.

She was immensely proud of her family and leaves nothing behing but her legacy of inspiration and beautiful memories.

Some of her most cherished times were endless summer days at the beach with loved ones followed by popsicles, cool drinks and wiener roasts in the backyard after a hard day of lake life, motorhome trips with her husband, Captian Don visiting family and friends near and far.

Camping trips with fried foods were one of the many things she also loved... with the exception of the fish tasting fried mars bars for desert...

She was our sun, our moon and our stars and will be missed and treasured always.
