Mr. Donald 'Earl' Hoffos of Innisfail, Alberta passed away at the Red Deer Regional Hospital on September 5, 2021 at the age of 71 years. Earl was born April 1, 1950 in Red Deer, Alberta to Alvin and Grace Hoffos. He was raised east of Innisfail and graduated from Innisfail High School.
On September 1, 1973, he married Millie, the love of his life. Together, they raised two children, Tyler and Rachelle.
He had three careers in his life: he worked as a Nursing Orderly; owned and operated Guardian Ambulance; and lastly as a Funeral Director.
Earl enjoyed his retirement with multiple trips, cruises and loved spending time with his children and his grandchildren.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Millie Hoffos, his son Tyler (Chantel) and their children Ayden and Annika of Sylvan Lake, Alberta and his daughter Rachelle (Kevin) Arvay and their daughter Hannah of Leduc, Alberta.
He will also be lovingly remembered by his twin sister, Elaine (Ron) Weisenburger and his brother Lorens (Nancy) Hoffos.
Earl was predeceased by his parents Grace and Alvin Hoffos.
Prayers were held at Heartland Funeral Services Chapel on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at 7 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 1 pm. If friends desire, Memorial Donations may be made to Our Lady of Peace Building Fund or S.T.A.R.S.
