HALL, Douglas William Wright Hall It is with saddened hearts that we announce the tragic passing of Doug on June 18, 2006. Doug was born on September 12, 1966 and grew up on a farm in the Bluffton area. He is survived by his son Ian and Christine Benson of Salt Spring Island, B.C., his mother Donna Emrich of Sylvan Lake, brothers; Brian of Red Deer, Dean (Barb) of Sylvan Lake, Roger (Gail) of Lacombe and sisters; Beverly (Glen) of Red Deer and Kathy (Byron) of Sylvan Lake. Doug also had two children from a previous relationship, Jessica and Jennifer. Doug was predeceased by his father, Donald in 2004. Doug knew many people in the Horse Industry and had a true gift when it came to Horses. In his earlier years he was an accomplished Jockey and later made a living breaking colts to be rode on the race track. Doug also worked various jobs in the construction and pipeline industry. A Memorial Service for Doug will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #35 (2810 Bremner Avenue) on Wednesday, June 28, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. As requested by the family, no flowers please.
