With his daughter Dianne at his side, Corporal Earl Ward passed away peacefully in his home on June 27, 2014 at the age of 88 years. Earl was a dedicated father, grandfather and friend. Earl was a highly decorated military man, enlisting in both WWII and the Korean War. His military career spanned over 46 years. Earl will be lovingly remembered by his son, Donald Ward; daughter, Dianne Ward; granddaughter, Brandi Ward (Rick Browes), and great grandsons, Jaxin and Brody. A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, July 3rd, 2014 at Leyden's Funeral Home, 304-18th Ave, S.W. in Calgary, Alberta.
