VEUGER, Ed "Predestined, called, justified and glorified." Romans 8:30 In the early hours of February the 8th, Dad passed on peacefully at home and went to be with his Lord and Saviour. Opa will be lovingly missed by his family; Harry & Elaine (Justin, Tyler), Jenny and Mel (Jason, Eric, Erin, Kerstin), John and Clare (Jaydon, Carson, Reid). Dad's faith and life stands as a remarkable example for us all. Gracious thanks to Dr's. Pewarchuck and Gilbert for their compassionate care, even at home. A special thank you to the nurses on the cancer ward at the Cowichan District Hospital and to the homecare nurses and caregivers who made it possible to allow Dad to stay home, which is what he wished for.
