Edgar Martens

Edgar James Martens of Red Deer, Alberta went to his Heavenly Home on March 10, 2022 at the age of 100 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Abram and Susanna, and 10 of his siblings. His loving wife Ruth also welcomed him along with their daughter, Jeanette (Stephen) Sundberg and son Jerry (Suzie) Martens.
Left to mourn are daughters Joy (Ron) Lazenby and Jo Anne (Tedd) Epp of Saskatoon, 12 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren. He will also be missed by family and friends across the world.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Living Stones Church, 2020 - 40 Ave, Red Deer AB, on Monday, May 2, 2022 at 11 am. The service will also be live streamed on the church's website at Livingstones.ab.ca. Condolences for Edgar's family may be emailed to meaningful@telus.net
