On April 9, 2014, long time resident of Edmonton, AB, formerly of Penhold, AB, passed away at the age of 79. He leaves behind: his wife Janice (nee Flieger) of 56 years; 5 children: David (Brenda), Diane, Jim, Shawn (Jodi) and Michelle (John) Sauder; 8 grandchildren and one greatgrandson. A private family service will take place in the summer of 2014. in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation, Alberta Cancer Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
