His love of community included playing baseball in the summer, curling in the winter, and lending a helping hand to family and neighbors. Mac was a self taught carpenter, electrician, welder, mechanic, and veterinarian. Mac is survived by his wife of 53 years, Shirley, his children, Michael (Charlene), Susan (Jim), Sandra, Tim (Calli) and son-in-law Brad, along with his fourteen grandchildren, Tony, Kyle, Shane, Ashley, Ty, Jaclyn, Paul, Rachel, Cody, Mikayla, Megan, Hope, Daphne, and Carter, his two great grandchildren, Maddy, and Ariella.
