GEREIN
Elizabeth Lillian Gerein passed away November 19, 2009 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital. Beth was born on October 27, 1919 at Bonnie Glen, Alberta. In 1938, she married Chester (Mac) McMillan and they had two children, Joyce and Donald. Mac passed away August 11,1970. On December 20, 1975 Beth married Vince Gerein, residing in Red Deer up to the present. She is survived by her loving husband, Vince, one sister Maxine (Bob) Meaver, and one brother, Mack (Gayle) McPherson. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Joyce Rousch, and son, Don McMillan (Lucille), grandchildren Debbie (Darrel), Cheryl (Rob), Donna, Sandi (Lloyd), Margie, Shauna, and Marilyn (Alan). Beth was very proud of her eight great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Beth was predeceased by two brothers, Roddy McPherson and Neil McPherson. A remembrance service will be held on Wednesday, November 25 at 1:00 pm. At Knox Presbyterian Church, in Red Deer. Cremation was entrusted to Personal Alternative Funeral Services. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that you make a donation to your favourite charity.
