HAZANOFF Elizabeth (Lisa) It is with sadness that the family of Lisa Hazanoff announce her passing on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre with her loving family by her side. Left to mourn Lisa's loss are her parents, Victor and Anne-Marie Hazanoff; brother, Michael (Diane) Hazanoff, all of Red Deer, AB., as well as Lisa's aunt, Galina McLaws of Bloomington, IN. Lisa was predeceased by her grand- parents, Alexander and Nina Hazanoff, Edvard and Gudrun Schjelle. Lisa was born September 12, 1957 and raised in Montreal, Quebec, with summers spent at Lac Chevreuil. After graduating, she left for Toronto to continue her career in advertising as well as pursuing her passion for alternative medicine; she became a licensed holistic practitioner. Last year Lisa moved to Red Deer to be with her family. Lisa loved life and lived it to the fullest. She found great joy in travelling and meeting people. We are grateful to those who have touched her life and helped her along her journey. After a forty day mourning period there will be a private Memorial Service held on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 with Father Timothy officiating.
