Elizabeth Provost beloved mother and grandmother, passed away on February 16, 2017 at the age of 91 years.Elizabeth obtained her Nurse Certificate of Training at the Prince of Wales's General Hospital London; she immigrated to Canada in the mid 1950's due to a shortage of nurses. She settled in Red Deer for over fifty years before
becoming a Calgarian in 2009. Elizabeth was a super fan of hockey and inevitably a super fan of the Calgary Flames.
Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Emsly of Calgary; her sons and daughter-in-laws, Darcy and Michelle of St. Albert, and Kelly and Debbie of Wainwright; her grandchildren Kevin and Meghan of St. Albert, and Chad of Calgary. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY (Eastside, 5388 Memorial Drive N.E., Calgary, AB) on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
