Eloisa Andaya of Red Deer, Alberta passed away at the University of Alberta Hospital, Edmonton, Alberta on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the age of 34 years. She was born on April 27, 1979 at Manila, Philippines. Eloisa will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Allan and daughter, Aira of Red Deer, Alberta; as well as her father, Romeo Mostrales, mother, Fe Cervantes, two brothers, Adrian Mostrales and J.R. Mostrales, and a sister, Eunice, all of the Philippines.
