STEIGER
Emil John Steiger passed away September 5, 2014 in Rimbey. Emil was born at Eatonia, Saskatchewan December 17, 1934 to John and Maria Steiger. Emil married Vi July 25, 1959. They lived at Nanton and moved to Rimbey in 1965. Emil spent the rest of his life there farming and doing construction work. After retiring, he always had some project on his mind but always enjoyed coffee time with his friends. Emil will be greatly missed by his wife Vi; son Merl (Margaret); grandchildren Crystal (Rickie), Carl, Carolyn, Nicole (Shawn) and Leanne (Dave); and nine great grandchildren. Emil was predeceased by his parents, two brothers Art and Oscar, two sisters Alvina and Irene, and daughter Vicky.
