In loving memory ~
Emma was predeceased by her parents Helena and Bart, and sisters Marion and Nelly.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years William Kruithof. Daughters Ruby White (Scotte), Trudy Grimson (Ken), Helena Houghton (Jerry), and 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Emma was born in Rozenburg, Netherlands and immigrated to Canada in 1951. She worked as a nurse for many years then moved into a position at the Bank of Montreal and succeeded there also.
Emma and Will travelled extensively around the world and had many adventures. She was an active volunteer in the community in many organizations and spent endless hours tending to her flowers and garden.
Special thanks goes out to the Red Deer Hospice for their outstanding care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Red Deer Hospice.
There will be a private service of family only.
