Enid OTTO

OTTO Enid Nannette Otto passed away peacefully at the Lacombe Continuing Care Centre on August 30, 2007 at the age of 78 years. Enid was born on February 14, 1929 in Lacombe, Alberta. In 1952, she married Melvin Otto. Enid was a very talented. artistic craftsperson and rock hound. She enjoyed silver smithing. carving, lapidary and woodworking projects. Enid looked forward to going to Arizona most winters. Her special enjoyment was being with family and friends and doing her crafts. Enid will be sadly missed by her daughter, Judy Frank, son Blaine Otto, daughter-in-law Joy, her four grandchildren, Nicholas Frank, Lindsay (Connor) Winslow, Jamie (J.C.) Gray and Ryan Otto, a great grandson Kadence Gray and one to come. She is also survived by two sisters, Margaret Jardine of Calgary and Jean O'Neil (Don) of Montana and one brother Dave Jardine (Doris) of Lacombe. Enid was predeceased by her husband Melvin, her parents, William & Pretoria Jardine, sisters Patricia Sharp and husband Donald and Willa Mitchell and husband Gordon. Funeral services will be held from Wilson's Funeral Chapel Lacombe on Saturday September 8th, 2007 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lacombe Nursing Home Auxiliary c/o 5430 - 47 Ave. Lacombe, AB T4L 1G8, or the Alzheimer Society of Alberta Box 1134 #104, 4805 - 48th Avenue Red Deer, AB.
