LARSON, Eunice Elsie
Eunice Elsie Larson (nee Gordon) of Airdrie passed away at the Dulcina Hospice on Sunday, January 1, 2017 at the age of 78. Eunice was born on February 15, 1938 in Wapella, SK. Eunice's family moved to the Lacombe area to farm, where her father would regularly take her and her sister to school via horse and sleigh in the winter. In 1954 they relocated to Stettler, AB. Eunice later lived in several Alberta communities. She is remembered for her green thumb for gardening, golf, knitting, crocheting and her smile. She is lovingly remembered by daughter, Terry (Jim) MacLeod; granddaughter, Meredith (Ryan); great grandchildren, Shamus and Ainslee; and a grandson, Lindsay (Jessica). Eunice is predeceased by her parents, Lindsay and Ella Gordon (Erskine); uncle, Melvin Gordon of Calgary; sister, Donalda Horton of Sexsmith; and son, Danny.
