Pat was surrounded by her family when she passed away in Lacombe, AB on November 17, 2018 at the age of 75 years from renal failure.
Pat was born in Hanna, AB and that was where she met the love of her life George Grismer. George and Pat married in 1962 and had three daughters Bonny Leenstra (Fred), Candice Grismer-Jarvie (Graham) and Michelle Eadie (Darrell). Pat loved her grandchildren Kyle, Sarah, Kaylyn and Shae and great-grandsons William, Brantley, Luke and Dawson.
Pat is survived by her brother Doug Cheecho (Marg), and sister Joan Elm (Les).
A service for Pat will be held at the Kozy Korner in Lacombe on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 1pm.
