FAIRBAIRN It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Margaret Fairbairn at Valley Park Manor in Red Deer on January 6, 2009 at the age of 80 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jeff (Donna) Abbott of Wainwright, Cori (Ken) Travis of Red Deer, Cheryl (Lee) Kromm of Red Deer, Kevin(Christine) Longman of Edmonton, Colin Longman of Cochrane, & Darin Longman of Germany. She will also be missed by her great grandchildren Trevor & Brandon Abbott, Taylor & Justin Travis and Cameron & Jordan Longman. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Jack Fairbairn, and daughters Peggy Abbott, and Bev Archibald. The family would like to thank the staff of the Valley Park Manor for the care and compassion that Margaret received while under their care. Funeral Services will be held at the Chapel of Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287 – 67A Street Red Deer on Monday January 12, 2009 at 12 pm.
