FALCON It is with great sadness that the family of William (Bill) Falcon of Red Deer announce his passing at Red Deer Regional Hospital on August 17, 2009 at the age of eighty-seven. William was born June 9, 1922 in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. William is lovingly remembered by Sophie, his wife of sixty-three years, his daughters Linda (Bob); Sharon (Maurice, deceased), Brenda (Don), Kim (Darrell) his son Ken (Barb), fourteen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren, as well as his sister Cecile. William was predeceased by his parents James and Marie Eva Falcon, a sister Bernadette and brothers Angus, George and Peter. Bill's love and humor was shared with everyone he came in contact with. Bill was a proud Veteran whose passion for life was shown by his love for his wife, his constant help and support with family and his joy when finding their new vehicle "of the month". Funeral Service will be held at St. Mary's Church, August 21, 2009 at 11:00 a.m., with a tea to follow at the Legion at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers Memorial Tributes by be made directly to the Canadian Cancer Society.
