McKINLEY, Frances
Frances was born nearly a hundred years ago on May 11, 1921, on the family farm in Kenaston, Saskatchewan. She passed away on February 1st in Comox, BC.
She took her nurses training at the grey nuns in Regina and was very proud of her long career as a registered nurse. She spent most of her life in Red Deer.
Frances is survived by daughter, Jackie Simon, 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Jack in 2002 and her son Gerald in 2005. Also, by all 11 of her brothers and sisters. Rest in peace, mom. You are finally home!
A graveside service will be held at a later date in Red Deer.
