We are deeply saddened to announce that Mrs. Frances Lillian 'Fran' Mimnagh (nee Loader) passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the ICU at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at the age of 67 years. Fran leaves to mourn her loving husband, Glen; her sons, Steve (Amanda), Tim, Dave and Dan (Kerri); her nine amazing grandchildren; and her sister, Margaret Loader. Fran was predeceased by her parents, Walter and Phyllis Loader of Wetaskiwin, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A Celebration of Fran's Life will be announced at a later date. If desired, Memorial Donations in Fran's honor may be made directly to a charity of the donor's choice.
