GOETTLER It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ida Fern Goettler of Red Deer on June 20th, 2007 at the age of 106. Ida was born in Riceville, Ontario. On July 1st, 1900 and was looking forward to 107th birthday in just 11 days. She lived her life to the fullest and that life revolved around family, baking and gardening. The family wished to say a special Thank you to Dorothy a long time friend for all her love and companionship over the years and the Red Deer Nursing Home for their wonderful care and support. The family invites all her friends to celebrate her life with them on Sunday, June 24, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. at Sunnybrook United Church (12 Stanton Street) Red Deer.
