GRONNESTAD Mr. Ray Gronnestad of Red Deer, passed away peacefully on Friday, October 7, 2005. He is survived by many loving family members and many dear friends. Left to mourn are his daughter, Marilyn Smith and her husband, Rollie and their children, Rae-Ann and Ryan, and Ryan’s girlfriend, Tania; his step-daughter, Darlene Pullen and her husband, Bob and their children, Kim, Kelly and Tim; his step-son, Richard Nordstrom and his wife, Georgina and their children, Will, Jason, Heather and Chris and six great grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Emma, sister, Margaret Stephens, brother, Roy and his wife, Margaret and sister-in-law, Pat Gronnestad, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends. Ray was predeceased by his first wife, Virginia, second wife, Frances, his father and two brothers. A Public Memorial Service will be held at Eventide Funeral Chapel, 4820 – 45th Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Wednesday, October 12, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation entrusted to the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
