HALISHEFF 1948 - 2009 Diane Christina Halisheff (Hammermeister/Cox) of Kamloops, British Columbia passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2009 at the age of 60 years. She was born on September 5, 1948 in Calgary, Alberta. Diane will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her beloved children, her daughters, Myrna Larson (Hammermeister); and Michelle Hammermeister; and her son, Robert Halisheff, all of Kamloops, B.C.; as well as her cherished grandchildren, Caitlin, Bryan, Samantha and Gemma. She will also be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Cox of Rimbey; her father, George (Dorothy) Cox of Kamloops, B.C.; her brothers and sisters, Helen, Shirley, Lorraine, Ken, Allan, Gordon and Glenn; in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Diane was predeceased by her first husband, Gustav Hammermeister. A Public Funeral Service in Celebration of Diane's Life was held at the Hoadley Evangelical Missionary Church, Hoadley on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend Barry Klassen officiating. Interment followed in the Hoadley Cemetery, Hoadley.
