1934-2022  ~  It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Mrs. Hazel Horobetz at Sylvan Lake, Alberta on Sunday, June 5, 2022 at the age of 87 years.
Hazel will be lovingly remembered by her children, Donna Smith (Jeffrey), Dwayne, Maureen Riehl, and Alaine Martin (Fred Biberdorf), her eight grandchildren and her eleven great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at Parkland Funeral Home, 6287 - 67A Street (Taylor Drive), Red Deer, Alberta on Wednesday June 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
A Private Family Interment will be held at the Red Deer Cemetery, Red Deer, Alberta. If desired, Memorial Donations in Hazel's honor may be made directly to the Cardiac Care Unit, Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre at www.rdrhfoundation.com or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Alberta and NWT at www.heartandstroke.ca.
