It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mom.
She will be lovingly remembered by Jean (Duffy), Bev (Jim), Carleen (Dick), Susan (Darrel), Kelly (Ron); nine grandchildren, Kari, Holden, Drew, Mackenzie, Parker, Kellen, Bailey, Kean, Tayler (Matt); eight great grandchildren, Mikalya, Kennedy, Paris, Shade, Presley, Bowie, Lennon and Jagger; two great-great grandchildren, Aubrea and Ivy. Mom was predeceased by her husband Carl, the love of her life, in 1970.
Hazel was a social butterfly and had a zest for life that affected all who knew her. She enjoyed many good times with her friends and Telus family.
As a hardcore Edmonton Oilers fan, everyone knew not to mess with her team.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to the ladies at the West Park Lodge who took such good and loving care of our mom for the last six months. Thank you.
As per mom's wishes there will be no service but memorial tributes may be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
