HEEMERYCK 1935- 2007 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, sister-in-law and friend, Mrs. Edna Heemeryck, on Sunday, October 7, 2007. Edna was born on August 7, 1935 at Nordegg, Alberta to Watson and Martha Jones. She leaves to mourn her daughter, Susan of Red Deer, her son, Steven (Wendy) and sons, Cody, Riley and Bryce all of Whitecourt, Alberta, a sister, Irene (Andy) Klein, a brother, Scotty (Mary) Jones, four sisters-in-law, Lorna Heemeryck, Rose Shantz, Alice Heemeryck, Margaret Mathis and a brother-in-law, George (Mary) Heemeryck. Edna was predeceased by her husband, Albrice on September 13, 1997, four brothers-in-law, Burno Heemeryck, Jerome Heemeryck, Ben Shantz and Trevor Mathis. As requested by Edna there will be no funeral service. Friends are invited to join the family for a luncheon which will be held at the family's home, Red Deer, on Sunday, October 14, 2007 between 2-4:00 p.m. Memorial donations in Edna's honour may be made directly to the, Arthritis Society, 200, 1301-8 Street SW, Calgary, Alberta, T2R 1B7 or to the, Canadian Cancer Society, 4730a Ross Street, Red Deer, Alberta T4N 1X2.
