It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that the family of Herbert John "Bert" Dueck, announce his peaceful passing in the early morning of Wednesday May 5th, 2010 at the Lacombe Long Term Care Centre, at the age of 82 years. Bert will be lovingly remembered by his two sons; Herb (Sheila) of Red Deer, and Rock (Debora) of Calgary. His memory will be forever cherished by his six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Bert also leaves to mourn his passing, two sisters; Hilda Esau and Laura Muzzy. He was predeceased by his loving wife Estelle, his parents John and Anne as well as his two brothers in law, Edwin Esau and Jack Muzzy. A Celebration of Life Service for the late Bert Dueck will be held on Friday May 14th, 2010 at 1:30 p.m. from Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, 6287 - 67 A Street, Red Deer. In lieu of flowers memorial tributes in Bert’s name may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, # 105 - 4807 - 50 Avenue, Red Deer, AB, T4N 4A5.
