Hermine Schmidt leaves to mourn her children; Monika (Ed), Daniel, John (Kimberley) and Robert (Laura); eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. She is also mourned by her sister Hedwig Berny, of Germany. Also loved by many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Daniel, her son Peter, her brothers Franz and Hans, her sister Hildegarde, and her parents Heinrich and Marie.
We wish to thank the staff at Points West Living in Red Deer for the wonderful care and love they gave Mama Hermine.
A visitation will be held at Red Deer Funeral Home (6150 - 67 Street, Red Deer, AB) at 10 am, with a service to follow at 11 am on Jan 11, 2020.
