HEWSON, 1920 - 2006 Mrs. Marjorie Kathleen Hewson of Red Deer, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2006 at the age of 86 years. Marjorie was born on November 30, 1920 at Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Marjorie enjoyed spending time with her wide circle of friends and she stayed very active. She also found fulfillment in her community and through volunteering at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre. Marjorie will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered and forever cherished in the hearts of her family and many dear friends. Marjorie leaves to mourn her loss, her children; Lee (Alice) Emerson of Rocky Mountain House, Alberta, Rick (Lynne) Hewson of Edmonton, Alberta and Barbara (Darcy) Teichroeb of Red Deer and her grandchildren; Cherrill (Barry) and Kelly, Kimberly and Matthew, and Daralynn and Ryland. She will also be sadly missed by one sister, Ruth (George) Field of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. Marjorie was predeceased by her first husband, Bob Emerson in 1944 and her second husband, Mervin Hewson in 1987. A Public Memorial Service will be held at Gaetz Memorial United Church, 4758 Ross Street, Red Deer, Alberta on Friday, December 29, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Cremation entrusted to the Central Alberta Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta.
