In Loving Memory (1926-2023) ~
Hilda (Tilly) Morgan left us on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at the Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary at the age of 97 years & 248 days.
Mom is survived by her loving family, daughter Sue & Jim of (Foothills) Calgary, son Alan of Calgary and her grandson Dylan and step-granddaughter, Kristina and their mother Dijana all in Ontario.
Mom was predeceased by her husband, Al, in 2008 after 54 memorable years together. She is also predeceased by her parents, Joseph & Freda, her 4 siblings Elsie (Cliff), Alma (Ken), Wilfred (Bette) & Doreen (Tony) and niece Marcia plus siblings-in-law Vera, Grace, Albert and Victor and their mates.
She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and their families across Canada, California, England, New Zealand, Australia, Grand Cayman, Panama, Germany and Spain.
Since Mom was not a fan of funerals, there will not be a service at this time.
Thank You to everyone that has "shared" the caring load with us, especially the attentive staff at Prince of Peace Retirement Residence and helped make her last few years a-mazing!
In lieu of flowers, please take some time instead to support someone that's a caregiver OR volunteer a card game or even a friendly visit to a local retirement home.
