Hilda Patricia

It is with great sadness we mourn the sudden passing of Hilda Patricia (Pat) Spiller on November 20, 2009 at the age of 57 years. She was born on March 23, 1952 in Rimbey, Alberta, and spent her childhood in the Buck Lake and Blackie areas. As an adult, she settled in Red Deer and devoted her life to raising her three children. She graduated from the Red Deer College Nursing Program and worked as a Registered Nurse at Red Deer Regional Hospital and nursing homes throughout Red Deer. In 2006 she decided to open her own business and relocated to Delburne. Pat was predeceased by her father, Levi Parker, and her mother, Hilda Jordan. She is survived by her siblings David Parker, Mae Graf, Doris May, Darlene Jones, Donna Jordan and Doug Jordan. Pat leaves to mourn her children Ginger (Larry) Janke, James (Jennifer) Spiller, Tamara Spiller, and her ten grandchildren: Melissa, Julie, Sasha, Vincent, Parker, Teela, Justis, Aidan, Mirrabella and Nathaniel. She will also be missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 3002-47th Avenue, Red Deer, on Friday, November 27th at 1:00 p.m.
