CHRISTOFFERSEN Howard Howard Russell Christoffersen passed away peacefully on October 5, 2008, at the Rosefield Care Centre in Innisfail, Alberta at the age of 95. He will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by his three children Russell (Linda) Christoffersen, Frank Christoffersen and Edna Stickland, his grandchildren Shannon (Jake) Vossepoel, Ryan (Krystin) Christoffersen, Ian, Graham, and Amber Christoffersen, Carolyn (Shane) Stolte, and Brian (Megan) Stickland as well as three great grandchildren: Darius and Lily Vossepoel and Will Stickland. His two sisters, Josie Moore and Hazel Gosling, one brother Oliver (Joan) Christoffersen and sister-in-laws Evelyn Christoffersen, Rachel Bragg, Millie Miller and brother-in-law Norman Harriman will also miss their dearly loved brother. Howard's many nieces, nephews and friends will miss his cheerfulness, sweet disposition and friendly smile. He was pre-deceased by his wife Kay, son-in-law Terry Stickland, and siblings Lloyd Christoffersen, Andy Christoffersen, Winnie Yassinsky and Lucille McLean. A celebration of Howard's life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #104 (Innisfail, Alberta) on Friday October 10, 2008 at 2:00 pm.
