Irving Steele passed away peacefully May 21, 2020 at the age of 92 years. He was born in Red Deer, spent his early years in the Isle of Man, and lived the majority of his life in Calgary, Alberta. Irving was well respected throughout the construction engineering industry and enjoyed many hobbies including RC airplanes and proudly gaining his pilot license well into his 80's. He is lovingly remembered by sister Heather Swainson; daughter Daphne Louise (Alex) Dabisza, Cindy (Mike) Chauncey; son / son-in-law Scott (Mauna) Matthews, Tom (Kathleen) Milosz; his loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents Ralph and Elsie Steele, sister Mona Cruickshank, brother Eric Steele, wife Irene (Hodgson), followed by wife Carol (Matthews-Berry), and daughter Debra Milosz.
