HUSON, JACK WALTER It is with the saddest hearts that the family of Jack Walter Huson announce his passing on January 4, 2006. Jack was born in Saunders Creek, Alberta on December 23, 1923 to Frank and May Huson. Left behind to grieve are his children Bob (Sharon) Huson of Rocky Mountain House, Shirley (Wally) Tanasichuk of Stony Plain, and Joe (Carol) Huson of Rocky Mountain House; his grandchildren Liane (Rob) Kabatoff, Terry Tanasichuk, Jay (Jo-Ann) Huson, Mark (Lola) Tanasichuk, Tara (Brad) Bourne and Brad Kenchington; great-grandchildren Nicholas and Elana Kabatoff, Desire, Mark Anthony and Angelina Tanasichuk, Jarius Huson, Gillian and Rebecca Bourne; he is survived by his sister Sheila Bruce and Reg, sister Anna Fillinger, sister-in-law May Bixby of Drumheller, brother-in-law's Walter (Doris) Cooper of Calgary and Roy (Becky) Cooper of Yuma, Arizona and by numerous nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by his loving wife of sixty years Ruth (June 2003); his brothers Bill, Frank and Jim Huson; and sister Helen Oja; grandsons Stephen, Joey and David Huson. A Funeral Service for the late Mr. Jack Huson will be held at the Memorial Presbyterian Church, Rocky Mountain House, Alberta on January 13, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. with Reverend Ron Tiessen officiating. Interment to follow at the Pine Grove Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
