LITZ, Jacob Mr. Jacob Litz of Innisfail passed away on October 3, at the age of 90 years at the Innisfail Health Care Centre. Jacob was born in Romania on April 3, 1914, the second of eight children. Jacob came to Canada in 1927. He later married his first wife Martha in 1939. Martha passed away in 1987 and a year later Jacob married his second wife Alvina. Jacob will best be remembered for his work as an auctioneer at the Lacombe Auction Mart. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Jacob is survived by one
son Gerald (Phyllis) Litz of Condor, AB., 4 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. He is also survived by two brothers and two sisters. Jacob was predeceased by his first wife Martha, second wife Alvina, son Robert, one brother, and two sisters. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
