AVERY James Lee Avery passed away in Red Deer, Alberta on August 23, 2005 at the age of 73 years. Jim was born in Dallas, Oregon on March 23, 1932. He moved to Canada when he was two years old. Jim was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He cherished his family. Jim leaves to mourn his loss his wife of 54 years, Berniece of Red Deer; his son James Alex Avery and wife Faye of Ponoka; six grandsons and one granddaughter; four great-grandchildren; three sisters: Dorothy Gratrix and Ruby MacDonald of Ponoka and Marge and her husband Ted Raugust of Didsbury. A Funeral Service will be held at the Bowker Funeral Home, 5137 - 50 Ave., Ponoka, Alberta on Monday, August 29, 2005 at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Forest Home Cemetery.
