It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Miss. Janet Kokeena Blood of Red Deer, Alberta, at the Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 at the age of 27 years. Janet was born on March 6, 1990 at Rocky Mountain House, Alberta. She was well res-pected and loved by all who knew her. Janet was very spunky, stylish, sweet, giving, very helpful and forgiving to all that knew her. Janet was always positive and the sunshine of her family and friends. Her nicknames were Bigeyes, Baby girl, Boss & JanJan. Janet will be lovingly remembered by her parents, Crystal and Barry of Red Deer, Alberta and her Mommy number two, Lorinda Stewart. She will also be sadly missed by her sisters, Tiffany (Jorge) Blood and Fiona (Jason) Blood and her brothers, William and Wayne (Che Che's), Mark (Yasuko) and Nathanial; her favorite Aunty Benose and cousin, Faith; her nieces and nephews; Morris, Miqueas, Kaylia, Koukum Philomena Blood (Momma) and Grandma Jean (Grams); as well as numerous aunties, uncles, cousins and dear friends. Janet was predeceased by her Koukum Nancy Blood, Great Moushum Victor Monias, Moushum William Cardinal, Great Great Moushum Peter Blood and Chapan Agatha Blood, Auntie Rose, Moushum Shorty and Chapan Charlotte Redcalf, Uncle Ernie, Grandpa Larry Stewart, cousin, Dylan Redcalf and Lyle Crookedlegs. A Wake for Janet will be held at Potter's Hands Ministries Church, 5202 - 53 Avenue, Red Deer, Alberta starting on Thursday, March 16, 2017 beginning at 9:00 p.m. which will be held until Janet's Celebration starts at Potter's Hands Ministries Church, Red Deer, Alberta on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Condolences may be sent or viewed at
