KNOLL Janet Marion of Stettler, Alberta passed away September 12, 2009 at the age of 76 years. Janet Anderson was born in Stettler on September 27, 1932 to parents Ellen Jane and Joseph George Anderson. She is survived by her husband Glenn Knoll of Stettler; sons Rob (Lynn) Knoll of Edmonton, Glenn (Debbie) Knoll of Kelowna; grandchildren: James (Michelle) and their children Skyler and Sydney of Lashburn, Saskatchewan, David of Edmonton, Denis (Shauna) of Leduc, John (Erin) of Edmonton; brother Garvin (Kay) Anderson of Stettler; sister Adeline Kovaluk of Edmonton; other family members and many dear friends. Funeral services were held at Stettler Funeral Home, Stettler, Alberta on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 with Reverend Debbie Stockdale officiating. Musician was Evelyn Strandquist and the congregational hymn was "She Comes Sailing On The Wind." Processional was "Wind Beneath My Wings" and Recessional was "When I Get To Where I'm Going." Special recorded selections were "I.O.U." and "I Have A Dream." Pallbearers were Denis Knoll, John Knoll, James Knoll, David Knoll, Jason Anderson and Bob Anderson. Janet Knoll was laid to rest in the Erskine Cemetery, Erskine, Alberta. Memorial donations may be made to Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation or STARS.
