Ms. Janice Crystal Yvonne Meers of Red Deer, Alberta passed away at home on Monday, May 30, 2022 at the age of 60 years. Janice was born in Oyen, Alberta on August 3, 1961, and lived in Red Deer all her life. She made her home at Michener Group Homes, for fifty-seven years due to severe illness.
She had many close friends that loved her dearly. Janice will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Shirley, her sister, Glennys Rycroft of Grande Prairie, Alberta and her special friend, Steven, as well as extended family and friends. Janice was predeceased by her father, Gilbert, a sister, Maureen, and a brother, Warren.
Janice's family would like to thank the staff and caregivers at Michener Group Homes for all their care and compassion.
