ANDERSON

Jarret James

1984 - 2014

It is with heavy hearts, the family of Jarret James Seniuk Anderson announce his sudden passing on November 27, 2014 at his home in Red Deer Alberta. Jarret was born in Fort Nelson, B.C. with heart complications and spent the first six weeks of his life at the Vancouver children's hospital, where he had heart surgery. After his recovery David and Edwina were thrilled to take him home. He would be the first of their four children. As a child Jarret was active in Boy Scouts, Junior Forest Wardens, and spent many weekends at the family cabin on Tetsa River. At the age of 15 the family moved to Lacombe, AB, where Jarret attended Lacombe Composite High School. Jarret enjoyed life and brought smiles to all that knew him. He loved to follow the NHL, hunting and fishing and spending time with friends and family. Jarret will be sadly missed by his parents David and Edwina, his siblings April (Dean), Lauren and Scott, as well as his niece Bailey and nephews Mitchell and Dryden. He also leaves his maternal grandparents Edwin and Audrey Seniuk of Drayton Valley and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends. A celebration of life for Jarret will be held at Royal Canadian Legion (5138- 49 St, Lacombe, Alberta) on Friday, December 5, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. The family is encouraging those attending to wear their favorite hockey jersey to commemorate Jarret's love of the game. During the afternoon there will be an open mic for those who would like to share their favorite memories of Jarret and his funny, gentle soul. Donations in memory of Jarret can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Alberta #202, 5913 - 50 Avenue, Red Deer, AB, T4N 4C4.
